How the Worldwide rental program works

  1. First of all we ask you to tell us what you need the equipment for. We are very experienced in refrigeration and we can help you choose the correct equipment for your needs.
  2. We will then give you a rental price for the term you want; 12, 24 or 36 months. The price we give you will be fixed for the rental period you choose so it is very easy for you to budget for.
  3. Once you have decided on the equipment you want, we fill out a rental agreement with the product and pricing information and send it to you for all your details such as company name, equipment location, contact details, direct debit details etc.
  4. Return the form to us and we will organise to have the item delivered to you. Your first payment will be for a pro rata amount of the days in that current month you have the item, a delivery charge and also a pick up charge in advance for when the rental period expires. This will all be stated on the rental agreement with the initial amount payable clearly stated.
  5. Your rental equipment is delivered and sited promptly in excellent condition.
  6. We then direct debit you thereafter on the first of each month in advance. All your details remain strictly confidential.
  7. Servicing and breakdown are all covered as part of your rental agreement. In the unlikely event that your equipment breaks down, you can call us on our 1300 number 24/7 and we’ll have you up and running in no time at all.

There are never any extra charges when renting through Worldwide, unless the equipment is damaged due to negligence on your behalf.
