Q. Do you provide training for your vending machines? 

A.  Absolutely, full training is provided with every purchase of a vending machine, We have fully trained technicians on site and we are only a phone call away for any questions you may have later on.

Q. How do I get started in vending? 

A.  Vending is easy, anyone can start a vending run. Start with as little as one can machine and you never know where it may take you. Q. Do you only sell or rent commercial products? 

A. Yes, we don't stock domestic products at all. 

Q. What products can I rent from you?

A. Any product from fridges, cake displays and freezers to our full range of catering equipment is available for rent. We also rent vending machines.

Q. What is your rental period? 

A. For commercial refrigeration, cake displays, freezers and our catering equipment products, our rental period is normally 36 months but we can do short term rentals if required. For our vending machines, the rental period can vary, please call us on 07 3823 4255 or email us for more information

Q. If I choose to rent a commercial refrigerator, freezer, cake display, drink machine or catering equipment item, are there any hidden charges? 

A. No, your monthly rental payment covers everything except damage due to negligence and delivery/pick up charges.

Q. What is the warranty on your products? 

A. We honour all manufacturers warranties.
