How do I rent a product?

Simply give us a call on 07 3823 4255 or email us and let us know which product you are interested in.

What is your pricing, rental period and terms & conditions?

Each individual item will have a specific rental price and our normal rental term is 36 months, this can be altered on request. Our terms & conditions are printed on the back of each rental agreement.

When I choose a product, what happens next?

We fill out a rental agreement with the product and pricing information and send it to you for all your details such as company name, equipment location, contact details etc.

How do I get started?

Return the form to us and we will organise to have the item delivered to you. Your first payment will be for a pro rata amount of the days in that current month you have the item, a delivery charge and also a pick up charge in advance for when the rental period expires. This will all be stated on the rental agreement with the initial amount payable clearly stated.

How do I pay?

On the rental form there is an area for you to fill in with your bank details which will remain strictly confidential. We then direct debit you for the initial payment and thereafter on the first of each month in advance.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, unless the equipment is damaged due to negligence, there are no extra charges. There is an 1800 number on every piece of equipment for you to call if the item ever happens to fail.

What do I do next?

Nothing, it's that simple. You've even paid for the pick up at the end of the rental.
