When you buy your vending machine or refrigeration equipment from other suppliers, you get a “limited” warranty.  When you buy from us you get up to a full 3 year parts and 1 year labour warranty, with service guaranteed by next working day in our main areas.

If you have a technical problem with your equipment and you call us by noon, we guarantee that we will have a technician to your site by noon the next working day (subject to location).

Some problems can be dealt with immediately over the phone with your help and assistance!

We also give you unlimited telephone & email access to our experienced technical support staff whenever you need it. There’s never any charge for this service.

Oh yes – we also give you free training on how to operate your new machine should you need it…at time of purchase or anytime in the future.
