Q. Can anyone buy your vending machines?
A. Yes, whether you own a vending machine business or any business at all, or maybe you're an individual looking to earn some spare cash, we have the right vending machine for your needs. We are the distributors of American brands Royal, USI and AMS vending machines and our own range Sorrento which we have manufactured in Asia. We also have a comprehensive range of fully refurbished Dixie Narco drink vending machines.
Q. Do you provide training for your vending machines?
A. Absolutely, full training is provided with every purchase of a vending machine. We have fully trained technicians on site and we are only a phone call away for any questions you may have later on.
Q. If I have a problem with equipment I purchase from you, what do I do?
A. We pride ourselves in our after-sales service. Just call us immediately you have a problem and we will assist you very promptly in getting your equipment up and running in no time at all.
Q. How do I get started in vending?
A. Vending is easy; anyone can start a vending run. Start with as little as one machine and you never know where it may take you. You could have 20 or 30 vending machines and a very profitable vending run within a few months. Please give us a call on 1300 386 609 and we can answer all your questions.
Q. Do you only sell or rent commercial products?
A. Yes, we don't stock domestic products at all.
Q. What products can I rent from you?
A. Any product from our comprehensive range of refrigeration equipment from fridges, cake displays and freezers and much, much more. We also rent vending machines.
Q. What is your rental period?
A. For commercial refrigeration, 12, 24 or 36 month rental plans are available. We can also cater for shorter term rentals on some equipment. For our vending machines, the rental period can vary, please call us on 07 3823 4255 or email us for more information.
Q. If I choose to rent, are there any hidden charges?
A. Your monthly rental payment covers the equipment, servicing and any unfortunate breakdown. There is a separate charge for delivery/pick up and any damage due to negligence.
Q. What is the warranty on your products?
A. We honour all manufacturers’ warranties which vary from 3 years on some equipment to 2 and 1 year on others. When you enquire about a particular item, ask us about the warranty you receive.
Q. Do you provide finance to purchase?
